2 cup Whole wheat flour 2 1/3 cups
1/4 cup Gluten flour 1/3 cup
1/4 cup Yellow cornmeal 1/3 cup
1 tbl Dry milk 1 tablespoon
1 tbl Date sugar * 2 tablespoons
1 tbl Grated orange zest 2 tablespoons
1 tsp Sea salt ** 1 1/2 teaspoons
1/2 tsp Crushed dried hot red chiles 1 teaspoon or to taste
1 cup Water 1 1/4 cups
2 tbl Canola oil 3 tablespoons
or sunflower or safflower oil
1 tbl Honey 2 tablespoons
1 pkt Active dry yeast 4 teaspoons
Instructions:
Instructions: * Date sugar is ground from dehydrated dates and is not actually a sugar. It is high in fiber and rich in vitamins, minerals, and iron. Date sugar can be used in baking when a textured sweetener is required. (I used granulated sugar in place of it.)

** I replaced this with iodized table salt.

Add flours, cornmeal, sugar, orange zest, salt, and chilies to bread machine pan.

Add water, oil, honey, and yeast.

Use whole wheat mode.

At the end of mixing cycle, add corn kernels.
