Instructions: In a 13 by 9 inch baking dish in a 425 degree oven melt butter or margarine. Remove baking dish from oven. Remove skin from chicken thighs. In a large bowl mix chicken thighs with yogurt. Place crushed crackers on a plate. Coat thighs with cracker crumbs. Place chicken in the prepared baking dish. Turn chicken to coat evenly with butter. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and fork tender.
