DRESSING ----------------
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbl lemon juice
2 tbl white wine vinegar
2 tsp ground cumin
1 x fresh jalapeno pepper seeded, and
finely chopped
1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves
----------------- SALAD ----------------
1/2 cup chopped Claussen Kosher Dill Pickles
1 can black beans - (15 oz) drained
1 can pinto beans - (15 oz) drained
1 can garbanzo beans - (15 oz) drained
1 x celery stalk sliced
1/2 x red pepper cut 2" strips
2 x green onions sliced
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix dressing ingredients in large bowl. Add salad ingredients to bowl; stir well. Cover. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

This recipe yields 8 (1-cup) servings.

Great Substitute: Substitute lime juice for the lemon juice.
