1/4 cup	lowfat yogurt
1 x	cucumber, peeled, seeded, and
	coarsely chopped
1 x	green pepper, seeded and
	coarsely chopped
2 clv	garlic, peeled and cut in half
	to taste freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup	chopped onion
1/4 cup	Miracle Whip Lite or

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in electric blender and puree.

Chill 2 hours before serving. Great on fish, green salads & more
