3 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
4 x Kirby cucumbers peeled, and
roughly chopped
2 tbl chopped mint
1/2 cup raisins rinsed
1 tsp coarse salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Stir yogurt to remove any lumps. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. If not using immediately, drain the yogurt in a cheesecloth-lined sieve before adding the other ingredients.
