Instructions: Mix first four ingredients; spread on rye bread. Top with cucumber; sprinkle with dill.
Of course, slice the cucumber thinly and put 1 piece on top of each slice of cream-cheese slathered bread. NOTES : Being in the team spirit mode, I made them look especially festive by dyeing the cream cheese mixture yellow...with the cucumber and dill they truly look "green and gold". Tasty too!
