1/4 lb	butter, softened
2 x	cucumbers, sliced 1/8" thick
	mayonnaise

Instructions:

Instructions: Using a 2" cookie cutter cut rounds from the slices of rye bread. Spread each with butter; top with a slice of cucumber, a dab of mayonnaise and a slice of olive.

Yield: 28 appetizers
