Instructions: Peel the cucumbers and slice them paper-thin into a medium-size bowl.
Sprinkle with salt; cover; refrigerate for 3-6 hours. Drain cucumbers, pressing out as much liquid as possible with hands. Put cucumbers and onion into a small glass salad bowl.
