6 oz	Lime gelatin powder
2 cup	Water, boiling
2 tbl	Cucumber, grated
2 tbl	Carrot, grated
2 tbl	Green pepper, grated
	Onion juice
2 cup	Cottage cheese
1 cup	Whipping cream, whipped
1/2 cup	Mayonnaise

Instructions:

Instructions: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into about a 1-quart mold. Chill to set, about 5-6 hours. Serve on lettuce with a dab of mayonnaise beside it or on top.
