Instructions: Slice cucumbers and onions in thin slices separating the onions. The ratio should be 3 parts cucumbers to one part onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then mix full fat sour cream in using enough balsamic vinegar to m ake the sauce the consistency you like. If you use regular vinegar add less p lus some water and a little sugar to take the bite out. The balsamic vinegar is sweet enough not to need additional sugar.
