4 med	Cucumbers, Peel And Thinly Sliced
1 med	Onion, Sliced
2 tsp	Salt
	----------------- Cream Sauce ----------------
1/2 cup	Whipping Cream, Not Whipped
2 tbl	Vinegar
1/4 tsp	Salt

Instructions:

Instructions: In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, and salt. Let stand at room temperature about 1 hour. Drain well. Combine ingredients for cream sauce, add to cucumber/onion mixture, and stir. Chill several hours before serving.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
