Recipe for Cucumbers in Sour Cream with Fresh Dill

2 x	Cucumbers*, sliced
1 cup	Onion Rings, thin sliced
1 tbl	Cider Vinegar
1 tbl	Water
1/2 tsp	Salt
1/4 tsp	Pepper
1/4 cup	Sour Cream

Instructions:

Instructions: Marinate cucumber slices and onion rings in vinegar, water, sat and pepper in the refrigerator. Drain after a few hours. Mix cucumbers and onions with sour cream and dill. Serve as a salad or appetizer.

Serves 4 to 6

NOTES :
*May leave unpared and score length-wise all around with dinner fork and slice, or pare and slice.
