Instructions: Roast chicken, remove meat and dice 3cm cubes.
Hard boil eggs. Roughly chop. Slice celery. Dice onions, capsicum. Dressing: Mix together the mayonnaise, curry, tomato sauce and yoghurt. Place in a bowl with the remaining salad ingredients. Toss well to coat in dressing and dress in a bowl lined with lettuce leaves. Email this Recipe:
