Instructions: Combine the mayonnaise, celery, onion and curry powder in a bowl; mix well.
Stir in the crab meat. Add salt and pepper; Mix well. Place 1 heaping teaspoon of the mixture at the base of each endive spear and place on a serving tray. Top with alfalfa sprouts. The crab meat mixture may be prepared up to 8 hours in advance and chilled until ready to serve. Note: Endive spears make an impressive presentation when arranged end to end on a platter. At Christmas time, arrange fresh cranberries down the center of the tray. Email this Recipe:
