1 cup light brown sugar - (firmly packed)
1/2 cup butter
1 tbl curry powder
2 can pear halves - (15 oz ea) drained
1 can peach halves - (29 oz) drained
1 can pineapple slices - (20 oz) drained
1 can apricot halves - (15 oz) drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, butter, and curry powder over medium heat until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly, remove from the heat.

In a 9- by 13-inch baking dish, combine the remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the fruit and bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 10 servings.

Comments: Either cold or slightly warm, leftovers make a great ice cream topping!
