Instructions: Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in blender.
Cooking: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in large iron skillet. Saute chicken until brown (with skin side down); add sauce. Bake twenty minutes and turn chicken over. Add sliced fruit (mixture to your liking) and baste. Bake for 30 minutes more (basting occasionally). Serve over rice. Comments: A cast-iron skillet is the secret to this recipe. Email this Recipe:
