Instructions: Saute rice, onion and curry in oil in a non-stick pan until onions are tender. Stir in broth and water; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer using cooking time recommended on package or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed. Add peppers, zucchini, green onions and parsley; cover pan and let stand 5 minutes. Add grapes and mix well.
