Instructions: Mix meat with all ingredients. Add salt to taste. Form into balls about 1-inch in diameter. Roll into corn-starch. Chill, then fry in oil. Make sauce and pour over meatballs. Serve in chafing dish with picks.
SAUCE: Mix sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, water, cornstarch, ginger and curry in saucepan. Add pineapple juice, to taste. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add pineapple chunks. Pour over meatballs. Email this Recipe:
