Instructions: Drain and dry peaches thoroughly. Melt butter and add other ingredients, mixing well. Place peaches, cut side down, in a large baking pan. Spoon sauce over peaches. Bake in a 325 oven for 45 minutes, uncovered, basting 2 or 3 times.
