Instructions: Saute onions and garlic in oil until tender, add curry powder, stirring for about 2 minutes.
Add shrimp. salt and pepper, hot pepper and tomato. Cook, uncovered, until shrimp is firm and pink, about 15 minutes. Add butter and lemon juice. Mix well. Serve with hot, boiled rice or roti. Serves 4-6. Email this Recipe:
