Instructions: Simmer stock, apples, onion, scallions, garlic, salt and curry for 30 minutes. Puree in blender.
Add buttermilk and turkey to the stock. Heat just to the boiling point, but do not allow to come to a full boil. Add cooked pasta before serving and let heat up just enough to warm pasta. Email this Recipe:
