1 x 8oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbl dry sherry
1/2 tsp curry
1/4 tsp salt
1 x 8oz jar Mango Chutney, chopped **

Instructions: **Mango Chutney comes prepared in a small bottle (9 oz.), in the condiment section of the grocery store. Our store carries Crosse & Blackwell(r) brand (the bottle is covered with a small bag), found high on the top shelf.. I like to use the Hot Mango Chutney-it gives it a little kick. Major Grey may be another brand.

1. Blend the two cheeses thoroughly. Add sherry, curry powder and salt.

Mix well. Spread thick in serving dish (1" - 1 1/2" thick), such as a pie plate. Chill.

2. Before serving bring to room temperature and spread with chutney which has been slightly drained of some of the juice. Sprinkle on green onions. Serve with lightly salted crackers.

Serves 10-12.
