1 x	bay leaf
1 tsp	ground cardamom
1 tsp	ground ginger
1/2 tsp	ground cloves
1/2 tsp	ground cumin
1 tsp	ground turmeric
1/4 tsp	cinnamon
	Pinch nutmeg

Instructions:

Instructions: Grind the coriander and fennel seeds with the bay leaf. Combine with additional
ingredients.

Makes 2 tablespoons.
