Instructions: In large bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring until well blended. Store in an airtight container.
To make soup,bring 10 c water to boil in large stockpot over high heat; add soup mix. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Stirring occasionally, simmer 20-25 minutes, until rice is tender. Stir in 2 c shredded cooked chicken or cooked peeled shrimp; cook until heated through. Serve immediately. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
