1/4 cup Water (10 Oz)
3 tbl Creamy Peanut Butter
2 tbl Canola Oil
1/4 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 tbl Grated Orange Peel Or
3/4 tsp Orange Oil
3 tbl Toasted Coconut
1/2 tbl Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup 100% White Whole Wheat Flour
Instructions:
Instructions: This gorgeous saffron-colored loaf is great served with fresh veggies and humus at parties. It also makes a delicious sandwich. To lower your fat intake, hold the mayo and try yogurt instead.

Place all of the ingredients into the pan of your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Program the machine for basic bread, light setting, and press Start. Check the doughs consistency about 7 minutes after the kneading cycle begins, adding additional water or flour to form a smooht, slightly sticky ball of dough. Allow the machine to complete its cycle. Remove the bread when its done, and let it cool completely before slicing.
