1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup enriched flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 dsh paprika
3 cup milk
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup wine usually sherry wine
3 cup shrimp (or chicken)
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter in a pan. After the butter is melted, add the flour, salt, paprika and curry powder. Stir in the milk until the butter paste and the milk is smooth and thickened. Stir, stir, stir, until smooth. Use a wire whip. It will help get the lumps out easier. Stir constantly.

Then add catsup and wine until it is all mixed together. Then add the shrimp and heat through. Serve over rice.

Description: "This is a Doubled recipe. But it is one I always beg my mom to make when I am home. It is absolutely wonderful. This is a doubled recipe due to the fact that when we would make it would take 8 servings for there to be enough."
