Instructions: In small bowl combine yeast, sugar and water. Mix well. Let stand for 5 - 10 minutes until bubbles begin to form. In large bowl, sift together flour and salt. Slowly add oil and yeast mixture. Mix thoroughly with hands or wooden spoons until dough begins to form. Continue kneading until texture is smooth. In oiled bowl, let dough sit for 20 -30 minutes. Punch it down before using.
