6 x	Chicken breast halves or thighs
2 tbl	vegetable oil
1/2 tsp	salt
1/4 tsp	pepper
1/2 cup	Bisquick baking mix
1 tsp	dried tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp	salt
1/2 cup	milk
3 x	Eggs
	Mushroom Sauce #2, see recipe
	Heat oven to 350 degrees.
	Grease baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.
	Heat oil in skillet.
	Fry chicken until light golden brown.
	Place chicken, skin side up, in dish.

Instructions:

Instructions: Beat baking mix, tarragon, 1/2 Tsp. salt, the milk and eggs with hand beater until smooth.

Pour over chicken. Bake until golden brown, 55 to 60 minutes.

Serve with Mushroom Sauce #2.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
