Instructions: Soften cheese and add mayonnaise. Blend well. Add parsley and remaining ingredients, except egg yolk. Mix well. Sprinkle egg yolk on top. Serve with vegetable dippers such as cauliflowerets, celery sticks, radish roses, cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks. This is also good to serve with crackers.
