Instructions: Prepare your favorite recipe for popovers.
Heat margarine in a 3-quart saucepan over low beat until melted. Stir in flour, salt, mustard, and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Stir in lobster and wine. Serve over hot split popovers. Makes 6 servings.
