1/2 cup black beans cooked, rinsed
1/2 tbl pimentos
3/4 cup zucchini small diced
3/8 cup Bermuda onion finely diced
2 x garlic cloves thinly sliced
2 tbl diced green onion
3 x plum tomatoes diced
1/2 cup Wish Bone Italian Dressing
6 lrg fresh basil leaves finely julienned
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
