Yield:
1 lb. hot, cook
Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 tbl olive oil
3 x cloves Christopher Ranch Garlic - chopped
2 tbl Christopher Ranch Pesto Sauce
1/4 lb scallops
1/4 lb small prawns - peeled and deveined
1/4 lb calamari rings
1 tbl cajun seasoning or cayenne pepper
(Pepper Plant seasoning is best if available)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Add oil and garlic to skillet or wok and saute over medium heat till garlic is lightly browned. Blend in Pesto, then add seafood and seasoning. Saute until done, about 5 minutes. Serve alone or toss with 1 lb. hot, cooked pasta.

Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
