2 x bars bittersweet chocolate
1 x bar bakers coating chocolate
1/4 cup cocoa
2 cup cream
2 stk butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 oz orange liqueur
2 oz amaretto
Scald cream 180 to 190F.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chopped bittersweet chocolate and whisk smooth.
Add orange liquer and amaretto.
Cool to below 90Fand add butter.
Cool to room temperature (until firm enough to scoop).
Scoop using a 1.5 oz scoop then refrigerate.
Instructions:
Instructions: Dip in bakers coating chocolate.
