Instructions: In large mixing bowl, combine the cereal, milk, sugar, egg substitute and yogurt. Set aside for 5 minutes to soften the cereal.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and dates. Add the flour mixture to the milk-cereal mixture and stir just until all the flour is moistened. Spray tins with nonfat cooking spray and fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 15 to 18 minutes or until center tests done when a toothpick is inserted in the center. Email this Recipe:
