6 tbl Egg substitute (90 ml)
1/4 cup Fruit juice - peach, white grape, apple, or orange (59 ml)
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon (2.5 ml)
1 dsh Ground nutmeg
1 tbl Margarine, melted (15 g)
Instructions:
Instructions: Packed with flavor, these bars are satisfying, healthy, and quick to make.

Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Combine all ingredients; pat into a 9-inch (23 cm square nonstick baking pan lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Press down firmly. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into 2-inch

(5 cm) squares. Cool.

Makes 16 bars.
