Ingredients:

2 cup sugar
3 x egg yolks
3 cup dates, chopped
1 cup nuts, chopped
2/3 cup butter
4 tbl cornstarch
4 cup milk
3 x egg whites, whipped & folded in
Instructions:
Instructions: Pour into unbaked pie shells, and bake until set. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 375 degrees till done.

Makes 3 pies.
