Recipe for Dave Wannstedts Sweet Potatoes

Amount	Ingredient
	POTATOES ----------------
3 cup	sweet potatoes, mashed
1 cup	sugar
1 tsp	vanilla
2 x	eggs
1/2 cup	butter or margarine
1/2 jar	marshmallow creme, optional
	----------------- TOPPING ----------------
1 cup	pecans
1 cup	brown sugar
1/3 cup	Bisquick

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix together potato ingredients. Pour into greased pan (9x12).

Topping:
Mix all ingredients together. Spread on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
