Instructions: Insert the tepins into a clean 750-ml. liquor bottle that uses a cork.
Fill with vodka, cork, and let stand at room temperature at least a week before using. Remove the chile from the vodka when it reaches the heat level you want. Yield: Approx. 3 cups SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Pour 11/2 ounces chile vodka over ice in a tall highball glass, add 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice, top with tomato juice, add a shake or two of celery salt, black pepper, and salt.
