Instructions: Crust: Mix together and press into the bottom and sides of a 10" spring form pan. Refrigerate 30 mins.
Filling: Soften chocolate in microwave or in top of a double boiler. Add egg yolks to hot chocolate and mix well. Whip egg whites until stiff. Whip cream with powdered sugar. Using a rubber spatula, fold whites and whipped cream into chocolate, a small amount at a time. Turn into crust. Chill for 6 hours Top with whipped cream. This is my favorite dessert for potlucks and parties. It is requested by everyone at work and family gatherings for special occasions. Email this Recipe:
