pastry to line 8" or 9" pan
1 cup pumpkin cooked or canned
2 x eggs
1/4 cup fresh skim mlk
4 tbl granulated fructose
4 tbl brown sugar or granulated
sugar substitute
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pch allspice
1 pch nutmeg
1 pch ginger
Instructions:
Instructions: Roll pastry as thin as possible; line an 8- or 9-inch pie pan (or use a ready-to-fill pie shell, thawed). Beat remaining ingredients together until completely smooth. Pour into pie shell. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350 oven 1 hour, or until filling is set. Refrigerate.
