Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2/3 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Butter or margarine
2 x Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
----------------- GLAZE ----------------
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1 x Egg white, slightly beaten
1 tbl Butter, melted
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream sugar, salt & butter. Add eggs & vanilla & continue mixing until fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, soda & cinnamon. Mix well & chill. Roll dough out on lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thick. Cut into shapes with cookie cutter & bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cool & ice. Top with decorative sprinkles, if desired. (Great for Christmas, Valentine or

Halloween!) Glaze: Blend sugar with egg white & add butter, salt & vanilla.

Beat until smooth. Add a few drops of food coloring of your choice.
