Instructions: Cream sugar, salt & butter. Add eggs & vanilla & continue mixing until fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, soda & cinnamon. Mix well & chill. Roll dough out on lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thick. Cut into shapes with cookie cutter & bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cool & ice. Top with decorative sprinkles, if desired.
