2 cups (16 ounces) chunky salsa, drained of some of the liquid to make a thick consistency, mild medium, or hot, as you wish 2 eight ounce packages low-fat, or fat-free cream cheese 1 generous cup low-fat shredded cheddar or Jack cheese (I find that the kind On a lightly floured work surface roll or pat the dough into a 14" circle. Fit the dough into a lightly oiled 12 or 13 inch deep dish pizza pan. Push the edges up the sides of the pan. Spread the bottom of the dough with the cream cheese, spread salsa over the cream cheese, sprinkle with the cheese. Place the pizza in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes, then bake in a preheated 400 F oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is deep brown and the cheese is bubbling. A great way to raise dough in a hurry is to run an empty dishwasher on the rinse cycle. Open the door to allow a small amount of steam to escape, then quickly place your bread or pizza on the upper rack. Close the dough (making sure the machine does not re-start). Check after 15 minutes - your bread or pizza should be ready to bake.
