Instructions: Heat fat in deep kettle until a cube of bread browns in 50 seconds (375 degrees). Dip fish in flour, then in slightly beaten egg...then in bread or cracker crumbs and drop into hot fat. Fry quickly until golden brown, 3 to 6 min. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with lemon slice and Tartar Sauce."
