Instructions: Soft boil the eggs (3 minutes).
Carefully peel shell from eggs. Dry well and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut pastry into 4 equal squares large enough to completely enclose egg. Wrap each egg in pastry and squeeze together to seal. Trim loose edges. Coat in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry in hot oil and serve. Email this Recipe:
