Instructions: Heat oil (2 to 3 inches) in deep-fat fryer or kettle to 375 degrees or heat oil (1 1/2 to 2 inches) in skillet until hot. If fish fillets are large, cut into 10 to 12 serving pieces. Mix four, salt and pepper (or spices). Mix egg and milk and beat well. Coat fish with flour mixture; dip into eggs and milk, then coat with bread crumbs. Prepare 4 to 6 pieces at a time. Fry in deep-fat fryer or skillet until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
NOTES : 1/2 Teaspoon "Fish Spice" and 1/2 Teaspoon "Essence" can be substituted for the salt and pepper in this recipe. Email this Recipe:
