Instructions: Clean sardines and rinse well. Pat dry.
Melt butter, combine with breadcrumbs, garlic and parsley. Season well. Stuff sardines with mixture and pinch together the opening, roll in seasoned flour and deep fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Drain well and serve immediately with lemon wedges. Email this Recipe:
