1 cup	Onions dehydrated
1/4 cup	Sweet peppers dehyrated
1/4 cup	Parsley -- dried
1/2 cup	Honey
1 tbl	Lemon juice
1 tbl	Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl	Liquid Barbecue SmokeAE
1 cup	Ketchup
2 tbl	Louisana hot sauce
1 tbl	Salt
1/2 tsp	Mint -- dried
1 cup	Dry white wine
3 tbl	Vinegar

Instructions:

Instructions: Put all dried ingredients in a pot and add water. Let set a little while.

Add the wine and the erst of the ingredients. Cover and cook for several hours.
