Instructions: Note: Prior to making recipe, lay cream cheese out at room for aprox 1-2 hours. In a deep bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peak stage. Add vanilla and 5 pkgs. of stevia. In a separate bowl mix cream cheese until soft using 2-3 tablespoons of the whipping cream mixture to thin the cream cheese. Once the cream cheese is smooth, add the cocoa and remaining pkgs of stevia mixing well.
Place mixer on high speed and add chocolate cream cheese mixture to the whipped cream. (You may add additional pkgs of stevia to taste for desired sweetness.) Spray mini muffin tins with non-stick spray and drop mixture in by the spoonfuls. Cover and place in the freezer at least 1 hour before serving. Absolutely melts in your mouth!
