Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 lrg iceberg lettuce head coarsely chopped
1/2 lb deli ham, 1" thick cut into cubes
1/2 lb deli turkey breast, 1" thick cut into cubes
1/2 lb deli hard salami, 1" thick cut into cubes
1/2 lb provolone cheese, 1" thick cut into cubes
1 jar peperoncini - (16 oz) drained
1 can pitted black olives - (6 oz) drained
1 jar roasted peppers - (7 oz) drained, and
cut into 1/2" strips
1 pt cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the dressing, mix well. Add the dressing and toss until well coated. Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
