Instructions: Into bowl, put Eagle Brand milk. Stir in next the egg yolks; then add the lemon juice. Pour in pie shell. May use whipped cream or use the egg whites as meringue for topping.
If egg whites are used for topping, beat whites with 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. Gradually add 1/3 cup sugar, beating until slightly stiff. Cool Whip may be used also for topping. Email this Recipe:
